Hi, I’m Cindy Stack-Keer, CPCC, RD, MPH, RYT – an Executive and Well-Being Coach with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and groups through meaningful, lasting transformation.
What Sets Me Apart:
Wisdom. 25+ years coaching across life stages and systems.
Presence. Trauma-informed, compassionate, and attuned.
Tools. A unique blend of evidence-based methods and wisdom practices.
Community. Collectives —wholehearted support for emerging adults.
I’m certified in a range of evidence-based coaching modalities—including Co-Active Coaching, Tiny Habits, Emotional Brain Training, mBraining techniques, mindfulness, and self-compassion—and hold advanced training in trauma-informed and Iyengar yoga.
Alongside my coaching work, I bring a strong foundation in health and behavior change as a Registered Dietitian, Certified Exercise Technologist, Lifestyle Medicine and Master of Public Health graduate. This unique integration of science, behavior, and embodied wisdom allows me to support deep transformation beyond expectations.
Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership, consulting, and coaching roles in healthcare and wellness. As a Senior Professional Development Consultant with The Permanente Medical Group, I partner with physician leaders to advance the Joy and Meaning in Medicine initiative, along with a variety of professional development programs. I also served as an Innovation Consultant, led chronic disease prevention efforts, and launched a Lifestyle Management Clinic—empowering clients in developing healthier relationships with food, eating, body and self-care.
Through my private practice, Inspired Intention, I offer personalized coaching specializing in Navigating Change and Transforming Habits. I design and deliver workshops in leadership and professional development, lifestyle leadership, the mind-body connection, developing healthier relationships with eating and body, and yoga. As a Faculty Coach, I equip professionals with practical tools for coaching and for living and leading mindfully.
At the heart of my work is a passion for supporting emerging adults. For over a decade, I’ve mentored youth and facilitated trauma-informed yoga through The Art of Yoga Project and Inward Bound Mindfulness Education. I also serve as a Board Member for Off-the-Grid Retreats, where I draw on my own experience living off-grid in Baja to help create opportunities for future generations to connect with nature’s healing power. Whether guiding youth, professionals, or groups, my mission is to hold compassionate, empowering spaces where people can reconnect with their authentic selves and move toward what truly matters.
